Where’s my order?
Your order goes through the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 3 emails: Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation and Delivery Status Notification.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en.
Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.
How long does it take to receive my order, and how much will it cost to ship?
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days. It takes 1 – 3 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.
- Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 7 – 12 business days (depends on the destination) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or extreme weather conditions in some parts of the country, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. - Shipping Cost:

What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at contact@mail.zinpixie.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
